School Lunch Program

At Johnny Greeko’s, we are proud to support our local communities by providing schools with affordable, nutritious, and kid friendly meal options that students enjoy and parents feel good about. We currently work directly with schools, and we also work alongside Lunchbox by KEV Group (integrated with SchoolCash Online), offering flexibility to fit each school’s preferred process.

How It Works

1. We Plan the Dates Together
We will work with you to coordinate and confirm your school lunch dates in advance for the upcoming schedule.

2. Submit Your Order (Minimum 1 Week Ahead)
At least one week prior to your scheduled lunch date, please email us your total order quantities by menu item. There is no minimum order requirement.

An example email would include:

· 46 - Chicken Souvlaki with Rice

· 20 - Chicken Gyro with Rice

· 15 - Meatballs (2) with Rice

· 5 - Sautéed Vegetables with Rice

· 5 - Falafel (3) with Rice

At the same time, please attach your completed label template

3. Labels & Organization
We will print and apply labels to each meal container lid. Labels must include:

· Required: Menu Item (for our team)

· Optional: Student name and/or classroom (this is for your organizational needs)

We use Avery 5260 labels, and templates can be found on avery.ca

4. Invoicing & Payment
For schools working with us directly, an invoice will be provided prior to your scheduled lunch date. Your pre-arranged payment method is required on or before delivery, via cash, cheque, e-transfer or debit/credit card.

5. Delivery Day
On your scheduled lunch day, our team will:

· Freshly prepare each meal

· Label and package all items

· Include utensils (50% forks and 50% spoons)

· Deliver your order at your specified time

Delivery is a distance-based fee.

Please Note
Due to our quick-service restaurant kitchen setup, time and space limitations, we are unable to organize or sort meals by classroom.
